Hmmm...I know what you mean...Happens to me sometimes with Apophysis (the fractaling program I work with) and unfortunately I can not even dream to work with Mandelbulb (3D fractaling program)...

That is one of the reasons I do very much appreciate your work...
The one that you like, it's not my idea...The principle is called Julian disc...that is why I said " my first try at Julian disc". However I added some stuff of my own..The pattern is not as complex as I wanted to be, but I am pleased with the rendering...

Oh I see, but a planet and the window isn't fully an original idea too, your rendering is still nice despite it being derived from something else :).

Just as a funny and curious thing about originality...Yesterday I was with some friends and we drank beer...I was filled with astonishment when on the beer can I saw clearly a sketch of what is called Julian variation..I even got excited: Look, look,a fractal!
Oh, George, not again! Do you still see fractals everywhere?!
But it was unmistakeably a Julian pattern....LOL
